CEO Raysa González is a Capital Emmy Award–winning journalist, television host, and executive producer with over 15 years of experience across the fashion, media, and live event industries. Based in Washington, DC, she has built a career at the intersection of storytelling, cultural production, and global media communications.
She is the Founder and Executive Producer of Global Couture U.S., an international platform that celebrates fashion, art, music, and cultural heritage while supporting emerging designers, artisans, and Indigenous creators from around the world. Throughout her career, Raysa has collaborated with embassies, government institutions, and international organizations to produce high-impact cultural experiences in iconic venues across the United States and Latin America.
Driven by a strong commitment to women’s empowerment, diversity, and cultural exchange, her work bridges media and live experiences to create meaningful global connections. As a television host, she is recognized for her authentic presence, dynamic storytelling, and ability to spotlight influential leaders, artists, and changemakers.
Raysa is also the host of her own podcast, Red de Impacto, where she interviews internationally recognized personalities from film, music, politics, and society, creating conversations that inspire leadership, collaboration, and positive social impact.
